بررسی عوامل مختلف در رابطه با کاهش انگیزه پرسنل شرکت رینگ سازی مشه

پیشگفتار: تا قبل از دهه ۱۹۳۰ میلادی بطور گسترده ای باور بر این بود که رهبری یک ویژگی فردی است، و تنها محدودی از افراد بطور ذاتی توانائیها و خصوصیاتی را به ارث برده اند و خداوند به آنان این ودیعه گرانبها را اعطا فرموده که می توانند رهبران موثری باشند. از دهه ۱۹۳۰ به بعد، دانشمندان علوم اجتماعی و علوم رفتاری مسیر جدیدی را در تحقیق پیرامون رفتار و خصوصیات رهبری پیمودند. اصولا مشخص ساختن یک الگوی اساسی و یکسان رهبری ناممکن است، چرا که از یک طرف نمی توان ویژگیهائی را برشمرده کهتمام رهبران موثر و موفق دارای آن خصوصیات باشند و از طرف دیگر با توجه به شرایط خصوصیات رهبران موفق و موثر در سازمانها نظامی، صنعتی و تعلیم و تربیتی با یکدیگر متفاوتند. نمونه بارز آن اینکه حتی درون یک صنعت، شرایط متفاوت، رهبری متفاوت را می طلبد. مقایسه رهبران صنعتی موفق و موثر در دوره های تاریخی مختلف، در فرهنگهای مختلف و در صنایع مختلف، این مطلب را بوضوح روشن می سازد. بهرحال، عواملی که برای یک رهبری موفق ضرورت دارد، داشتن مهارت و نگرش است که می توان آنها را از طریق فراگیری کسب کرد
